Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
- Email hello@hard-working.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Send the unopened product back to us — return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
- Once received, we'll refund the item price within 5 working days.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund including postage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
